Terms of Use

Effective date: November 3, 2026. TokenJunction LLC publishes Valhalla™. These terms cover the website desk, the Chrome extension, and the other Valhalla surfaces named in the privacy policy.

The product

The website desk is the main product. The Chrome extension is second. Telegram is coming soon. Android is in testing. Windows is coming soon. You must be 18 or older. You accept these terms with the checkbox at sign-in.

No custody

Valhalla does not hold your keys. Do not send a seed phrase or a private key. The product does not send or withdraw funds for you.

Risk

This is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Crypto can lose money. TokenJunction LLC does not promise profit. Sample desk numbers are illustrations.

Hive

The Hive is off by default. Joining on the website is a separate choice. The Chrome extension idle helper is another separate choice, shown on first run and in the extension settings. Neither choice is bundled only into these terms. While a choice is on, that browser may use some CPU, and a GPU when the browser already allows it, to run a paper test. You can stop it in one click. It pauses on battery, on a hidden tab, when Chrome is not idle, and on a metered connection. It does not mine and it does not share your network connection. Jobs are public market data and strategy settings, not your personal data.

Points

Contribution points are a count of verified paper work. They are not transferable. They have no cash value. Rewards are points only for now. There is no promised payment, rate, or bonus. A future payout path is designed and disabled. If it is turned on later, it would use a public address you confirm, a dedicated rewards treasury that is not a personal wallet, a minimum point count, and leader approval before any batch. Nothing in these terms sends funds.

The software

The software is provided as it is. TokenJunction LLC is not liable for trading losses.
