PRIVACY
Valhalla™ privacy policy
Template, not legal advice; have counsel review.
Effective date: November 3, 2026
TokenJunction LLC publishes Valhalla. TokenJunction LLC owns Valhalla. The website desk is the main product. The Chrome extension is second. Telegram is coming soon. The Android app is in testing. Windows is coming soon. This policy also covers the Pro web portal and the Brain API.
Hive
The Hive is off unless you turn it on. The website choice is Join the Hive. The Chrome extension has a separate idle-helper choice. That choice is not hidden in these terms. While it is on, this browser can run a Forge Lab paper test on public prices and public strategy settings. It does not read your wallet, your keys, or your files. It does not share your connection, and it does not mine. Work stops when you stop it, when the tab or Chrome closes, or when the computer is not idle. Contribution points stay on the account. They are not a coin, they are not cash, and they are not a promise of a later payment. A future payout path is designed and switched off. It would use a public payout address that you confirm with a sign-in message, a separate rewards treasury, and a leader approval. This site does not send funds.
This policy is not financial advice. Valhalla does not promise profit. Crypto is risky. You can lose money.
This page does not include an EIN or a street address.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
These are the Limited Use statements for user data. They apply to the Chrome extension and to every other Valhalla app in this policy.
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not transfer user data to third parties except as needed to provide the service, or as required by law. The named processors are Lemon Squeezy for payments, Google for sign-in and AdMob, Cloudflare for hosting, and Solana RPC providers for public balances.
- We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the item's single purpose.
- We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
- Humans do not read user data except with your consent, for security, or when the law requires it.
The single purpose of the Chrome extension is to show read-only status from your Valhalla desk on the same computer. The single purpose of the other Valhalla apps is to show that same read-only desk, your public wallet data, and your plan. We do not use the data for any other purpose.
What we collect
We collect only what the service needs:
- Wallet public addresses that you connect or type. A public address is not a private key.
- Email and name from Google sign-in, if you choose Google. We request basic profile and email only. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox.
- Settings and watchlists that you save.
- A license key, or the end of that key, so we can turn Pro on. We do not collect your card number. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment.
- Usage and diagnostics, such as whether a request failed and how many API calls a key made.
- On the free plan only, an advertising identifier through Google AdMob, and only after the consent screen. Pro has no ads.
What we never collect
- Private keys
- Seed phrases
- Transaction approvals, or any signature that would send or withdraw funds
- Browsing history
- The content of websites you visit
The apps do not ask a wallet to sign or send a transaction. A login message only proves that you hold the public address. It expires. It does not move funds.
Chrome extension
The Chrome extension stores the desk address and the pairing token in Chrome local storage on that browser. That data stays on the device. The extension does not send it to TokenJunction. It talks only to the desk on that computer, at 127.0.0.1 or localhost. You can remove the extension at chrome://extensions.
Processors
We use these processors only to provide Valhalla:
- Lemon Squeezy, for payments and license checks
- Google, for sign-in and, on the free plan, AdMob
- Cloudflare, for hosting the Brain API and the portal
- Solana RPC providers, such as a public RPC or a provider you choose, to read public balances
We do not allow these processors to use the data for their own purposes. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.
Ads
The free plan can show ads. Personalized ads run only after you consent. Pro has no ads. Ads are not shown on wallet connect, login, billing, or settings. A full-screen ad does not run when the app opens.
The Android and iOS apps use Google AdMob test units until a real publisher unit is set. The Windows desk and the web portal can show a Google AdSense banner, client ca-pub-6504655762357230, only on the free plan and only after consent. The Chrome extension does not load AdSense or AdMob. It shows a small house banner stored in the extension package. That banner is labeled Ad or Sponsored. A link may be a Valhalla offer, a community link, or a disclosed affiliate. The extension does not send that click to an ad network script.
Google's policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Cookies from ads are used only to show and measure the ad. You can withdraw consent. Pro removes these ads.
The free plan and the Recommended tools page can also show affiliate links. Each link is labeled “Affiliate link · we may earn a commission.” The link is not trading advice. Pro does not show these links in the apps. This site's tools page still lists them. If you open a link, that site receives the visit. We do not send them your account, email, or wallet. A click count stores the offer id and the placement only. It does not store a name, email, wallet, or ad id. Read the affiliate disclosure.
Crypto payments
If you pay with crypto, you approve a transfer in your own wallet. Valhalla does not hold a wallet key and does not sign that transfer. The payment is public on Solana. We store the transaction signature with the license so we can tell that the invoice was paid. The receipt export uses a hash of the email, not the email itself. Refunds are manual.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while the account is open. We keep a license record while the plan is active and for a short time after, so we can restore a purchase. Local data on a phone, a computer, or in the extension stays until you delete it. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.
Delete and export
You can export your account data and delete the account in the Pro portal. You can delete phone data in the app. You can remove the extension in Chrome. You can also email hello@valhalla-app.xyz and ask us to delete or export the account data we hold. We will not ask you for a seed phrase to do that.
GDPR and CCPA
If the GDPR or the CCPA applies to you, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can object to a use or ask us to limit it. You can withdraw consent for ads. You will not receive a worse price for using a privacy right. To make a request, email hello@valhalla-app.xyz. You may also complain to your local authority.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
Valhalla is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We store license keys and API keys as hashes where the service allows it. Session cookies are HttpOnly. We do not put private keys on a phone or in the extension. No method is perfect. Please use a current browser and device.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new text on this page and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will also post a notice on https://valhalla-app.xyz.
